At the beginning of the war, POSTERUM founder Andrii Opanasuk established the volunteer community 'YAPidtrymka,' where 130 students helped the city daily for two months. They organized bomb shelters, set up city defenses, volunteered in hospitals, and worked in refugee camps. This initiative made a significant contribution to community support and safety during the conflict. -
One of the key areas of POSTERUM is business creation courses, which have already graduated over 100 entrepreneurs making significant contributions to Ukraine's economy. Many graduates become heads of student councils and hold leadership positions in student organizations. Some have even become speakers and experts at POSTERUM, continuing to educate and assist other participants.

The mission of POSTERUM is to unlock the potential of Vinnytsia's youth and assist in its realization, thereby strengthening Ukraine. The continuous search for new opportunities for youth development is the cornerstone of this space's activities. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the center conducted over 300 free online webinars and organized two major projects that brought together approximately 500 Vinnytsia residents in the online space.

This was critically important for preserving the lives and health of our soldiers on the front lines. Additionally, the fund organized several humanitarian aid vehicles that were delivered directly to the front. This aid included not only medications but also food, clothing, and other essential items.

This community unites entrepreneurs who, through collective efforts, raise funds and resources to support the military. The collaboration between business and the military is crucial for ensuring a steady and effective supply of necessary materials and equipment.

The fund also collaborates with the charitable foundation of Lyudmyla Stanislavenko, which is involved in volunteer assistance for people in Ukraine. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, this foundation has significantly increased its support for the military by procuring equipment, drones, medical supplies, and transportation for the armed forces. The charitable foundation of Lyudmyla Stanislavenko also provides humanitarian aid to internally displaced persons registered in Vinnytsia and the Vinnytsia region, and organizes events for children.
